Supplying High pressure die casting tooling and the final product is a different business mode. For final product supplying and manufacturing, Auwell is responsible for the quality of the final product, we have the freedom to design the high pressure die casting tooling and machining fixtures. By contrast, for high pressure die casting tooling business, normally the clients provide the tooling design, including all the components drawings with specifications with all requirements, including material, hardness, the brand of the standard parts to be used etc., all of the detailed requirements are clearly specified. Some of the clients may request Auwell to provide a complete package for them based on the part drawings and machine figures.  
Auwell has rich experience in high pressure die casting tooling designing, manufacturing, especially to EU market. We also supplier mouldbase made in accordance with the clients’ specifications.

The most rigorous quality policy starts from material control, and is followed through to final pre-shipment inspection to high pressure die casting tooling orders. Material certificates include the mill certificate, 3rd party chemical components, and mechanical property reports, as well as RoHS and REACH reports upon request. Other reports include dimensional reports, surface treatment thickness, and salt fog test reports, etc. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
