There are 4 types of wheelie bin axle

-Kerékdoboz-tengely szilárd

This axle is directly milled from steel bar, the bar is fine drawn to desired diameter, them 2 side milled to required dimensions followed by surface treatment. This is normally used of heavy-duty wheelie bins. Surface treatment normally is zinc plating.

-Wheelie Bin tengely üreges

This axle is directly formed from steel tube. The steel tube to be pre-drawn to desired diameter followed by forming process. We have developed a special machines and process for forming. The tube thickness is 2mm which is strong enough for all kind of wheelie bin. The end of the axle is in closing status, opening end is also available upon request. Surface coated with zinc-plating for rust protection.

-Wheelie Bin tengely üreges with Solid Head Welded

This axle the body is made by steel tube and the 2 side of head is milled from steel bar. The axle heads and the body are assembled by welding. The advantage of this type of axle is, the axle has similar strength with the complete solid one but with lighter weight and cheaper in price. The final surface treatment is carried out after welding.

Ezt a tengelytestet acélcső gyártja, és a fej két oldalát acélrúdból marják. A tengelyfejeket és a testet pontbélyegzéssel állítják össze az ellenkező helyzetben, a fejrészeket előre hornyokkal marják, a bélyegzőpont pontosan el van osztva a horonynál, ezzel biztosítva, hogy az összeállítás szilárd és stabil legyen. Az ilyen típusú tengelyek előnye, hogy a teljes szilárd tengellyel hasonló szilárdságú, de könnyebb és olcsóbb az ára.

Capable in designing and developing necessary tools for Wheelie Bin Axle products including forming dies, fixtures for welding, and test gauges for mass production QC. Surface treatment includes KTL, powder coating, painting and zinc plating. Flow Chat and Control Plan will be submitted to the client for discussion before production.
